After an extremly successful year 2011 it’s time to say "goodbye" to the old year. We wish all of you a Merry Christmas (call it Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, or Festivus) and a Happy New Year 2012.

We like humor a lot, but want to confirm to you, that we continue with our professional services in a professional and profitable way also in 2012. We are looking forward to meet you at the very first MobileMonday in 2012 on January 30th at the ISPO in Munich. And just two days later in MobileMonday Germany’s very first "MoMo Lounge" for 2 days in Frankfurt at the M-Days. Afterwards lets meet either at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, at CeBit 2012 in Hannover, at the ITB in Berlin, at SEO Campixx at the Müggelsee near Berlin, at the Internet World fair and congress in Munich, at the re:Publica in Berlin or at the NEXT congress also in Berlin. So, this is our first and preliminary event plan for the first 4 1/2 months in 2012. Once again: Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2012! Best wishes Harald and team |
Already 3 weeks ago I attended as every year DMEXCO. THE fair, congress and networking spot to be, when you are working in digital. To be? Really?
| As far as I can see it today, this was my last trip for this to Cologne. Just too much "sales piches". Well, this is what this fair is all about. But it is now too much for me. I’m missing a spirit of new experiences and more things to discover. And it looks as I’m not the only one thinking that way. Here is a blog post about this event (in German). | |
| After the Cologne trip I took 10 days off and spent some time in Italy – on the north side of Sardinia, to be precise. |

| Roadmap for example looks to be the perfect event to attend. Especially when others have to stick in the grey, normally cold month of November here. | |
| So, after some work in NYC I will be in good old San Francisco again. This USA trip will unfortunately hinder me from attending the MobileMonday National Summit on November 14th in Dusseldorf. But we intend to connect MoMo Dusseldorf with MoMo Los Angeles, where I will be at that day. Let’s see how this works out. |

Am Mittwoch, den 6. Juli 2011 wird Harald als Leiter der RatGeberZentrale in Köln einen Vortrag zum Thema “Social Media im Mittelstand – Voraussetzungen für Erfolg” halten. Im Fokus wird dabei die Nutzung von Facebook Pages stehen. Von den “Schwergewichten” liest man des öfteren die Erfolgsmeldungen – z.B. von Ferrero’s NUTELLA (international mehr als 10 Mio. Fans – in Deutschland über mehrere Pages bis zu 1 Million Fans). Und man liest auch über die echten und vermeintlichen Flops – z.B. den Fall “Daimler vs. Facebook-Gruppe ‘Daimler-Kollegen gegen Stuttgart 21′” oder das Chefticket der DB. Wo aber steht der Mittelstand? Was bewegt ihn bzw. sollte ihn bewegen? Für wen macht eine Facebookpräsenz Sinn und was kann oder darf realistisch erwartet werden? Wenn man sich für eine Facebookpräsenz als Mittelständler entscheidet, was sind dann die wesentlich Erfolgsfaktoren oder zumindest Erfolgschancen?
