In 2006/2007 we
started to organize to promote best Web-TV episodes. The
original plan was good and
by now (mid 2010) after a few changes in the strategy it is Germany's best
promoter/marketer of high-quality video content. The former investors are not on
board anymore, even they had already
spent 450k € directly and about the same amount internally, but they came up with the
conclusion (funny statement) that this plan is 'not falling in their
risk class anymore'. Well, their choosen 'risk class' led all of them to be fired
by now. Well done, guys, congrats on your failure! But you can never kill a good
idea!
What was intended to become myTV since mid 2007 developed into the myTVnetworks.
Today we only have something like 30+ customers, but with these we achieve over
100+ million views per year and have an actual increase rate of 100% on a
monthly base.
