MediaWireless provides in a first step strategic advisory services to companies in the media, (wireless) communications and IP(web)-based service industry followed by hands-on execution. Once a clear objective is defined (e.g. via business plan) we generally act like "entrepreneurs among entrepreneurs" or part time executive members of the staff.

The companies and cases below are just some examples.

International expansion for established TIMES companies

We established Finland based Oplayo brand and its mobile technologies, products and services in 22 countries worldwide, from China to Mexico, from the UAE, Israel, Turkey to the USA. Oplayo was a NOKIA funded company. MediaWireless was also responsible for the 2004/2005 business plan and helped in the 2006 aquisition by SliceWireless.
The international expansion of sportscomedy together with Oplayo in 2008 is the next logical step. Be it WEB or mobile or both together.
We helped Shanghai based FuguMobile to distribute their casual games in 112 defined MNOs / MVNOs / MVNEs and service providers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Consulting and Business Enhancements for media / commerce growth companies

MediaWireless is organizing the relaunch and asociated tasks around the RatGeberZentrale.

MediaWireless is responsible for the market introduction of Web-TV for djd's PR customers.

MediaWireless was helping IntelliMedia to introduce their Publishing platform my-MIKI from August 2008 till October 2009 into the European Market.
We started a niche community in a highly competitive market to enable a new concept store to expand their mainly on-site, traditional store business beyond an e-commerce shop and website information system.
We have been involved 2006/2007 in the strategic creation of myTV, a Munich, Germany based start up in the Web-TV guide market and helped raising apprx. 700,000 USD from Gruner+Jahr New Media. more

Soon to relaunch in late 2010 as myTVnetwork

We suggested a Munich and Frankfurt based start up to form a joint venture with Germany's leading publishing house in the economy sector
"
Handelsblatt Publishing Group" / "Georg von Holtzbrinck publishing group" and played a major role as co-CEO and strategic advisors in the first 18 months of the company. See an article (2001 - PDF - 3 MB)

After having created more than 12 million views just on YouTube with scopas' national soccer sports comedy format D11B, the next step is to establish a 100% web-based revenue model till mid 2011..

A second and third format <<Mattes&Ulf>> and <<KanzlerKantine>> are already launched. Now coming: <<Ulf & Dschänny>>

Mattes&Ulf played a minor role in YouTube's cinema movie "23 Tage", starting in cinemas July 31st, 2008.

Growth enabler

MediaWireless played a significant role for its contracting body content4tv in the growth focus of the given format on YouTube starting April 2008 till July 2008.

BTW: None of the two never paid their bill ;)

MediaWireless helped scopas medien AG to monetize its format D11B, modified the main website into a blog, setup and operates a community under the MediaWireless brand and initiated a mobile portal created by Materna.
MediaWireless brought D11B as well as Mattes&Ulf as own, commercial channels into the Video & MediaCenter of sport1.de.
Sport1.de is the leading sports website in Germany.
